This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On personal data” and sets out how the personal data of users of the AVLoader service are processed.

The Operator processes the following categories of User data:
Processing is carried out on the basis of the User’s consent expressed by action (registering with the Service, paying for a Subscription), and in order to perform a contract to which the User is a party (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
The Operator passes the necessary minimum of data to the following processors:

Data are transferred to countries that do not provide adequate protection only with the User’s consent and only to the extent necessary to perform the contract.
6.1. Initial registration and storage of the minimum set of data of users who are residents of the Russian Federation take place on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation, as required by Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
6.2. Data are kept for as long as the User’s account exists. After the account is deleted, data are kept for no more than 3 (three) years in order to comply with tax and other legislation.
6.3. The Operator does not store bank card details; they are processed solely by the payment aggregator YooKassa in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
The Operator takes technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: encryption of data in transit (TLS), password hashing, access control for staff and contractors, and activity logging.

Requests are handled within no more than 30 (thirty) days of receipt.
The Service uses technical cookies required for the site to function (session, language choice, consent). Analytics cookies and trackers are not set without the User’s explicit consent.
New revisions of the Policy are published at avloader.pro/legal/privacy. Material changes are sent to the User by email no later than 14 (fourteen) days before they take effect.
