Refund policy

This document describes how money paid for an AVLoader subscription is refunded. It forms an integral part of the Public offer.

1. General terms

1.1. The User may request a refund for the unused part of a subscription within 30 (thirty) days of the payment being made.

1.2. After 30 days, a refund is made at the Provider’s discretion in exceptional cases (prolonged failure to deliver the service for technical reasons, an erroneous double payment, and the like).

1.3. The right to a refund for the unused part of the service at any time is preserved in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. How to apply

2.1. To request a refund, write to billing@avloader.pro stating:

  • the email address the subscription is registered to;
  • the date and amount of the payment (or the transaction identifier);
  • the reason for the request (optional);
  • the preferred refund method (where several are available).

2.2. The Provider reviews the request within no more than 7 (seven) business days and informs the User of the decision.

3. Refund method

3.1. Refunds are made by the same method the payment was made:

3.2. For subscriptions paid through app stores, contact the relevant store’s support service directly. The Provider does not issue refunds for such payments itself, but will help you arrange them.

4. What is not refundable

  • Subscription periods that have been used in full.
  • Payments for which a refund has already been granted on the same grounds.
  • Subscriptions terminated by the Provider because the User breached the Public offer or applicable law.

5. Receipts and tax reporting

5.1. On a refund the User receives a correction receipt generated by the Federal Tax Service of Russia (the “Moy Nalog” app). The receipt is sent to the email address given when the subscription was taken out.

5.2. The correction receipt is the document confirming the refund.

6. Disputes

6.1. If the User disagrees with the Provider’s decision, they may apply to a consumer protection authority or to a court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
